We currently do not offer flat-rate or unconditional free shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We cannot modify the address once the order has been shipped.

6. Missing or Lost Shipments
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

8. Transfer of Risk
