Return and Exchange

At Pjyot by Surhi, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

1. Replacement Request Window

Customers must raise a replacement request within 2 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 2 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement will be approved only if:

The product is damaged
The product is defective
An incorrect item was delivered

Important Conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any replacement request.

3. Size Exchange

If the correct product has been delivered but the customer wishes to exchange it for another size, we will be happy to assist.
In such cases, the customer will bear both return and re-shipping charges of ₹100.
Size exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery, and the product must meet all eligibility conditions (unused, unwashed, with tags intact).

4. Non-Eligible Items

No replacement will be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers, as well as custom-made items, are not eligible for replacement unless they are damaged upon delivery.

5. Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Share your order details, unboxing video, and clear images of the issue.
Once verified and approved, a replacement for the same product will be arranged.

⏳ Replacement Delivery Time: 10–15 business days after approval.
